      My responsibilities include complete oversight of the rolling stock of the DH Griffin Companies group. This encompasses all telematics, maintenance schedules and supporting personnel, driver qualification and management, all governmental compliance such as IFTA, hours-of-service, and maintenance records. This also includes vehicle specifications, authoring fleet related SOP's and operational directives, incident investigation, insurance communication, bulk fuel management, fuel card management, vehicle IRP and registration renewal, in house parts inventory control, direct management of multiple repair and fab shop/garage supervisors, property manager, building security, graphics department manager/art designer.
