  ALMA OBSERVATORY is an international partnership of the European Southern Observatory, the National Radio Astronomy Observatory and the National Astronomy Observatory of Japan in cooperation with the Republic of Chile, was the largest and most advanced astronomical project observatory, inaugurated in March 2013. - Coordinated, advised and facilitated Systems Engineering processes among multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams towards ALMA completion.- Coordinated 15+ successful acceptance reviews for mechanical, electrical and fiber optics interfaces between “Antenna Stations” and the 66 ALMA Telescopes. - Served in the review panel for the acceptance review of Permanent Power System, Road Networks and Buildings. - Facilitated the solution of 150+ technical changes required for delivering diverse ALMA Subsystems through Configuration Management.- Promoted to Systems Engineering (started as Project Planner)- Clarified, reported and communicated ALMA project progress to ALMA Director and Board.- Oversaw budget and schedule for USD 400 million of the ALMA budget including its Infrastructure and Human resources.- Delivered bi-monthly Project Status overview for the entire ALMA project, coordinating eight Planners located in Chile, Germany and United States.   The National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) is a Research and Development Center of the United States National Science Foundation for the purpose of radio astronomy. NRAO designs, builds, and operates its own high sensitivity radio telescopes for use by scientists around the world.- Led Project Management and Systems Engineering in complex projects such as the first all-sky survey to be done with the enhanced VLA (a.k.a. VLASS), and an observing system that enables low frequency research while the VLA is observing in other frequencies (a.k.a.
