Procured over $75,000 worth of services in the form of economic development experts from the Louisiana Economic Development Pilot Program. Awarded $80,000 in staff ramp-up funding for the City of Gretna’s Code Enforcement Department. Awarded on 4 of 6 grants from (JEDCO), The Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission for brick and mortar enhancements to the new City of Gretna sports complex, and the surrounding neighborhood of Garden Park Estates.Awarded over $200,000 in State of Louisiana Capital Outlay grant funding for the City of Gretna during the 2010-2011 fiscal year.Awarded $80,000 in staff ramp-up funding for the City of Gretna’s Code Enforcement Department. Provided administrative expertise in the City of Gretna’s, State of Louisiana Capital Outlay Planning for the 2010-2011 fiscal year.
