  The Axiata Young CEO Development Programme is a three-year leadership development programme designed under the Axiata Young Talent Program (AYTP). It aims to equip Malaysian young professionals with critical skills and knowledge through a series of workshops, simulations and real-life business immersion challenges. Throughout the program, participants worked on crafting innovative solutions to complex problems while being exposed to an array of industries, both locally and internationally. 75 participants were selected from a pool of 6000+ applicants in a rigorous selection process.Highlights and accolades: • One out of ten participants to be awarded the overall Top Performer Award, selected from a pool of 75 in 2018. • Led a team of 20 as the CEO and emerged as the overall First Runner-up in Regional Bootcamp Challenge Grand Finale in 2018 (Year-3), as well as Champion in the country (Nepal) category. • Second-Runner up for the National Sustainability Challenge Grand Finale in 2017 (Year-2).
