Under my direct supervision a 7-man crew of Technical Instructors delivered well control training to International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) standards in the Houston, Texas School. My team was responsible for as many as 50 students per week, delivering training in the art of preventing well control incidents in the oil and gas industry or dealing with incidents to prevent a human or environmental disaster.
