      I was responsible for a team formed by two assistants, in which our goal was to link the operation with the administrative sector of the distribution center. The main processes we controlled were: Attendance to the distribution center, where my team made the connection of logistics planning with the distribution center; control of the progress of the CD operation, causing the processes to occur at the correct time without causing delays for the rest of the operation, and when delays occurred I had to make immediate decisions; control of the occupation of the distribution center, where we checked if it was possible to carry out all the demand for the current day; division of demands into waves to optimize the processes of the distribution center; allocation of waves at the correct time for separation, causing all processes, after separation, no delays occurred. As an individual goal I had: The reduction of inventory processing time in order to increase the capacity of the CD and thus receive a greater number of demand / store per day; control the allocation index, with this I created a query in SQL and controlled the indicator by Power BI, in order to know if my team was allocating the waves at the correct time for separation, causing no delay in CD operations and that did not result in overtime for operators; control of the operational balancing of the real with the planned, that is, verify if the division of operators I planned, by operation, was being fulfilled.I participated in the main project of the company that is Omnichannel. I had as task to map the entire e-commerce sector, using Bizagi and using bpmn methodology, distribution center to optimize some processes, example this was the change in the process of EDL (Delivery in store), which caused us to send more goods occupying less space in the Roll, avoiding the high cost with freight. The first was the optimization of the application that the IT team developed to facilitate the control of the store processes. My role was to map, through the BPMN methodology by Bizagi, the entire merchandising area of the company to insert the merchandising book in the application. Another project I participated in was the optimization of queue time, through sight management. This project reduced the time of the queues, through the improvements implemented in the process of opening the cash and also increased the revenue of the stores. I also participated in the credit card implementation project in the company, with the function of controlling the card inventory of all stores, causing me to create a spreadsheet in Excel to control the inventory of the card of the stores and monitored sales, through Power BI, weekly, so that no store lacked card. This project was very important for the company because it leveraged the numbers of new customers, average ticket and increased the company's profit. I also participated in the company's decentralized mobile delivery project, in which I was responsible for the mobile stock of the project issuing invoice and shipments by SAP, making inventory and releasing the cell phone for the delivery man to deliver to the store where the sale was made.
