  • Perform risk assessment on the product at Pre-order and post order placement while validating the Fabric Technical Data sheet & setting up Product Care instructions.• Perform internal lab tests using H&M methods and follow up with external labs. • Follow up on test failures (physical & chemical) with garment suppliers, fabric mills, chemical supplier-support the suppliers in conducting root cause analysis and corrective action plan.• Providing color approvals to merchandising team (lab dips, desk loom, print strike off, FOB, color continuity, counter & production sample).• Inform all stakeholders in case there are changes in H&M Quality Standards & Requirements. • Support the Sourcing in evaluation & onboarding of new suppliers, dyeing, printing and washing units.• Support the Material & Product development team with new Component & Product development. • Setting up new guildelines on products with technical limitation- Neon guideline,Plant based dyeing, special hangtags on overdyed products, • Keep a close cooperation with SEBO Quality Department and update them on local projects/possible new ways to solve/avoid previous problems. • Educate new suppliers on H&M Quality standards & methods, color guideline routines, Chemical compliance.• Setting up testing laboratory for Suppliers as per H&M Test methods & requirements & responsible for in-house Lab accreditation.• Conducting workshops for Tier1 & Tier 2 suppliers to share new updates/Quality challenges/industry best practice.• Evaluate the suppliers Quality performance through Lab, Chemical, Color audit processes.
