The scope of the project included technical requirements gathering, legacy Teamsite environment maintenance, human resources management, collaborative efforts and process optimization, testing and quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. • Maintained the legacy Teamsite environment, I supervised a team of developers who were responsible for creating custom scripts and tools to extract content from Teamsite and prepare it for migration to AEM. I used agile methodologies to manage the development process, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives. also used software such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, document issues, and collaborate with stakeholders.
