This included an in-depth market survey on market competition at the Domestic, Regional, National and International level for 2008, 2009 and 2010. My market research helped in the successful export of over 400 tones of "Super Premium" grade pomegranates to foreign markets.* Organized and facilitated training of over 400 pomegranate farmers and traders in 26 villages with Arghandab district. This included Detailed training on grading, sorting and packing.* Translated the highly acclaimed USAID " Pomegranate Bible". A practical visual source still used by pomegranate farmers in the Arghandab valley today.* Facilitated the in-depth Village Collection Center (VCC) surveys, helping to identify locations in 26 villages within the Arghandab district where construction of the VCCs would significantly improve the pomegranate value chain.
