The languages used for Static Website Development were HTML5, CSS3, BOOTSTRAP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, PHP, MySQL. Various Themes and Plugins were used for CMS Integrated Website Development.User testing for a mobile application and documentation for the same was performed.Various skills like time-management, self-motivation, independent working, multi-tasking were nurtured and enhanced.   The 5 months Management Internship focused on searching various companies lying in Nutraceutical, Confectionery & FMCG domain through market surveys (across various sources), thereby documenting the various products’ ingredients that these companies utilise for the final product. Trailed by mapping these ingredients with Amines Biotech Pvt. Ltd. offerings such as Herbal Extract, Essential Oils, Ayurvedic Shashtrokt and Flavours. After the collection of data, its cleansing took place. Subsequently the data was analysed for Demand Analysis and Customer Acquisition and enclosed by documentation for statistical reporting.As an analyst, I had to tap new companies, create and maintain database, which could be used later by Sales Department. Also, investigate current market trends and identify new opportunities and give recommendations by analyzing data and coming up with valuable information. Specify the priority with which Customers can be tapped in Companies lying in Nutraceutical, Confectionery & FMCG Domain. Provide insights as to which Domain is better for the company to tap on their future Customers. Specify Companies dispersion in these Domains based on Geographical arenas. Providing list of the maximum & minimum used Ingredients for each of the Products thereby recommending Logistics Department for Inventory Management. Proposing a Correlation Analysis based on the Offerings by the Company.Finally, provide recommendations to various departments based on research findings and develop effective reports to represent results with the help of Excel and various Analytical tools.   As an Intern under the guidance and leadership of Mr. Subir Verma, a Birthday/ Work Anniversary Automatic Mail Sender was designed using Visual Studio 13 and MS-Excel Sheet for which VBA Script along with Macros was used for implementation of the same. A Mentor Detail Form for CXOMentor Portal was designed using JotForms where various fields and Widgets were used for enhancing the functionality. A video for the same was created using PowToon for CXOMentor, Mentee and College. Also, few portals such as Think with Google, DareBoost, Hubspot, Nibbler were used for analyzing and providing recommendation for improvement in Website.Further a quiz was created using QuizWorks and MS-Power Point. Also, a system was designed for providing benefits to Employers Child, consisting of Objective, Scope, Benefits of Succession Management for Critical Roles etc. A list of Employee Allowance was formulated in an Excel Sheet using various formulas for automatic allowance generation on the basis of Revised Basic Salary and various other Criteria’s, leading to 1500+ Columns across 1200+ Rows for which formulas had to be generated using dummy and actual values of all employees.This internship help me work on various tools and work with a huge employee database. This help me nurture creative skills, understand corporate culture and ethics and most importantly network with people lying in various domains. Show less
