  I manage a team of 38 911 telecommunicators, and a law enforcement communications assistant. I am APCO certified to instruct Public Safety Telecommuicator I and Certified Training Officer. I am the secretary for NYS 911 Coordinators Association and secretary for NYS 911 Advisory Board, reporting directly to SIEC. Answer 911 calls - route to the proper jurisdiction, enter calls in the CAD system for dispatch, map calls to find caller's location. Responsible for EC Probation Officer dispatch. Scheduling. Member of NENA (studying for my ENP). Several APCO certifications.
