Working for Audit on a global level provides me with both, in-depth insights into various Siemens business lines and the platform to address systematic weaknesses that entail financial cost. Audit requires close customer relationship management as well as hands-on responsibilities during planning, execution and completion of reviews. Applying the new Agile approach to auditing, I am levering the knowledge of experts in finance, technology and markets to identify emerging risks and transform audit findings into impactful analysis. Those are then discussed with lead executives to derive strategic initiatives and documented in internal reports. I exploit big data to identify breaks in process maps and utilize AI to predict trends across all project cost and backlog.Achievements: - Development of a Project Calculation tool. Using data management software like SQL, Qlik and Python, the new tool is in a position to identify red-flags across all WBS-elements and periods.- Successful application of Agile management to promote collaboration across different workstreams and empowerment of people in order to ultimately deliver value-adding risk insights.Experiences:- GBS (3x) Global Maturity / Payroll process / Sales and Use Tax audit (PT, CZ, CAN, NY)- SMO (3x) Train and Metro projects (NY, FL, CA)- SPG (2x) Project execution in 17 oil & gas projects (USA & GER)- SI (2x) Balance sheet audit of newly acquired switch-gear manufacturer (Boston, MA, USA)- SI Hydropower project audit (Montreal, QC, CAN)- Export Control & Customs review of a spare parts order platform (Munich, BY, GER)- (6x) business partner audits related to compliance of sales & manufacturing agents (USA & CAN)- Wind Power productivity assessment (Orlando, FL, USA)- SFS IT system implementation project audit in Siemens Financial Services (New York, NY, USA) Show less
