      Within the Real Estate & Facilities Management team, I led two national workplace programs that focused on supporting employee health, productivity, culture, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). I had oversight for the development, execution, and daily operations of a fitness center program and Humana’s environmental sustainability efforts to reduce GHG emissions (greenhouse gas emissions).Fitness Center Operations & Management – Business owner for a portfolio of nine fitness centers (approx. 69,000 sq.ft. with 6,500 members) with work that entailed the following: strategy development, operations management, marketing & communications, social media, virtual & in-person fitness programming and services, member acquisition & retention, finances, member experiences, talent and vendor management.Environmental Sustainability – responsible for the identification of material environmental issues, strategy & roadmap development, GHG goal establishment, best practice research, sustainability engagement initiatives, energy procurement, environmental projects, budgeting & ROI review, vendor & contract management for environmental support services, internal and external communications, GHG metrics & reporting (CDP, DJSI, CSR, ESG, etc.) and regulatory & contractual adherence. Show less I partnered with department leads to create strategies that supported and increased the utilization of small and diverse suppliers. This included establishing goals and metrics to increase spend with diverse suppliers, identification and sourcing of suppliers, oversight for contractual diverse spend requirements, and participation in major supplier diversity conferences. In addition, I led efforts to create Humana's approach & policies for supply chain sustainability efforts. This included the development of environmental supplier standards of excellence, efforts to collect Scope 3 GHG information from the supply chain, research and application of best practices, and partnering with suppliers on environmental initiatives. Developed and implemented key strategies to build Humana's brand at select universities and colleges to support a diverse talent pipeline of interns and full-time hires. Organized and attended campus events, conducted interviews, represented Humana at job fairs and other on-campus activities. We also topped the list in the healthcare sector.
