  My primary job function mostly in preparation of tax computations and submission of tax compliance forms to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) for companies that includes trading, retail, investment holding companies, education, manufacturing companies and others. Filing of tax related incentive forms (double deduction, reinvestment allowance and import export credit insurance), tax estimation forms (CP204, CP204A and CP204B), monitoring and advising clients on their tax estimation and submission of withholding tax forms on behalf of clients to the IRBM. Computing, advising and submitting individual (employment, expatriate, sole proprietor and partnership), trust and association tax returns to the IRBM including time to time advising on latest tax laws changes and tax relief available for the clients that being announced from IRBM during their annual budget by our Honourable Finance Minister.   My primary job function is assisting the manager in charge for a range of client’s portfolio’s tax such as corporate income tax submissions (Form e-C), individual income tax submission (Form e-BE and e-B), monitoring of corporate tax estimates payment (e-CP204, e-CP204A), monthly PCB payments, employer returns (Form e-E), preparation of EA forms for clients staff, trade associations and other tax compliance matters. The portfolio of clients consist of trading, manufacturing, advertising, film production, food catering, restaurants, clinics, palm oil plantation, engineering firms, security company, investment holding company, education, travel and tours, jewellers, scrap metals and etc. Assisting clients in tax audit matters by compiling documentation to LHDN and therefore negotiating for the case to be solved.
