  As the Prime of the Residence Committee (RC), I am highest leadership structure of the house and complete RC on duty tasks and the administration on managing the residence and oversee the rest of the Residence Committee while working directly with the Residence Head. I also have direct contact to the institution’s SRC structure on the house’s behalf. As RC Values & Strategies, I serve as a person of interest for the University’s Values and ensure they are realised inside the house. I also help establish and maintain the house’s cultures and traditions. As RC Alumni, I ensure that we have consistent communication with the alumni of the residence. Show less As a member of the residence committee (RC) of my residence, I am part of the highest leadership structure of the house and complete RC on duty tasks and the admin on managing the residence with the rest of the RC and work under the RC Prime and Residence Head. As RC ACT and Environmental Affairs, I deal with encouraging house members to partake in community engagement efforts both internally and externally, I work with the Kovise Active, Civic and Teaching (ACT) office and act as a bridge between them and the house and I create awareness on all things related to the environment to create more sustainable development within the residence space. Show less As the First Years Committee Prime, Values and Strategies, I am the head of the First Years Commitee (FCOM). I delegate tasks to the rest of the committee, chair meetings and I am the first point of reference for all the first years. As an FCOM member, I work under the residence committee (RC) First Years and Mentorship as part of her subcommittee. I also walk closely with the RC Prime, Values and Strategies and shadow her portfolio as it is the same as mine, just on a higher level. I am also part of her subcom and help her with her Prime’s project.I am also responsible for promoting house values as the university operates under a value-driven approach and I am responsible for helping the FCOM come up with more strategic ways to complete their tasks.
