I networked with all departments in the organization and interviewed all staff.• I was co-opted on the committee which drafted applications for consultancy work. • The dissertation research I did was useful to the organization as an option to solve the problem of effectiveness and sustainability due to inadequate resources. I circulated questionnaires by email and physically. I conducted the research survey with a success response rate of 95%.The solutions were feasible and could be implemented.• I suggested appropriate financial analysis tools to be implemented in the organization.
