Pay via FairPrice App - A new mode of payment method using the FP App that customers can use to pay for food directly and earn LinkPoints.KPOS - A new system introduced to tenants for their POS, incorporating various type of payment modes.Click & Collect - A initiative for customers to beat the queue for takeaway/dine-in by ordering beforehand on the FP App. Aims to bring in more customer crowd to tenants. Successful launch in NorthShore Cantine by Kopitiam in Apr 2022, the first outlet with the digital initiatives during opening. Projected to roll out to the remaining outlets by end 2022.
