      Worked out of the Braves office in Atlanta as the National Scouting Supervisor, scouting amateur and professional players in the U.S. and Internationally. Was responsible for leading the Braves Scouting Intern program, annually conducting week long seminars on the aspects of scouting. Was part of the Advance Team of post season scouting efforts while with the Braves.DBacks came calling in June,1995

      Join the Diamondbacks at the beginning of the organization as the Director of Scouting, coming over from the Braves. Built the Scouting Department the first year hiring 25 full time scouts in a period of 6 months. Managed a $12 M budget and conducted 4 First Year Player Drafts during the 4 years with the Dbacks.

      Founded and managed Global Athletes Advisors and Management Endorsement Services, a full service athlete representation firm. GAAMES advised over 30 top 3 round MLB draft choices totaling over $28M in bonus contracts and over $4M in College Scholarship Agreements. GAAMES was acquired in 2008 by Gaylord Sports Management.
