  In my current role I perform a dual role using my wide and varied skill set. I ensure all compliance and reporting needs are met. I perform research, investigation and data analysis, including the regular gathering and collating of information in key compliance areas. I assist with the Investment plan and External evaluation review (EER) preparation on a scheduled basis (for NZQA). I am both the Operations and Self Assessment facilitator, maintaining and in monitoring our companies’ ongoing Self-Assessment needs. I create, implement, administer, and enforce policies, procedures and laws required to align with various regulations of MoE, NZQA and TEC. As Operations facilitator I coordinate and manage proposals within the company, meeting regularly with the Strategy team. I also assist with routine internal and external audits (NZQA/TEC) to ensure compliance in accordance with various regulations.
