  I am responsible for supporting customers in South Africa and Sub-Sarah Africa by offering technical support on Minimed products over the phone in both English and Afrikaans. I educate and train customers on best practices and resolve product issues as needed. I liaise with various local country teams in customer services, couriers and marketing to ensure that customer receive efficient and good quality service. I provide support to both HCP’s and Medtronic Reps through troubleshooting problems patients or HCP's have experienced and provide education on best practices to limit future problems.
