      Solutions of Leigh are a building firm based in Leigh on Sea who employ up to 15 tradesmen. I was responsible for managing all building and refurbishment projects. This required me to liaise with clients, suppliers and tradesmen. I would organise the tradesmen’s schedules and liaise with them daily to ensure that all works were being completed to a high standard and troubleshoot any problems.       Botson Daniels and Associates are a health and safety consultancy based in Essex. I have been working for Botson Daniels & Associates for 4 years. I started with the business as a Senior Health and Safety Administrator, I then worked my way up to Office Manager and I am now in the position of Projects Manager. My duties include researching, developing and editing health and safety documentation and management systems, such as risk assessments, method statements, procedures, forms and construction phase plans. I promote and maintain a positive Health & Safety culture throughout the company, whilst contributing to the company’s SHE commitments in both highlighting and promoting best practise. This generally includes assisting the Health & Safety department at both Head Office and across the company’s high-profile client portfolio, which consists of over 90 sites.
