I started with the business as a Senior Health and Safety Administrator, I then worked my way up to Office Manager and I am now in the position of Projects Manager. My duties include researching, developing and editing health and safety documentation and management systems, such as risk assessments, method statements, procedures, forms and construction phase plans. I also undertake contractor management, auditing, report writing, DSE assessments and accident investigations.   It is my responsibility to assure the definition, implementation and maintenance of the company’s quality, environmental and safety Management System including all existing and new regulatory, legal, internal audit and best practice initiatives in coordination with the senior management team.
