I trained new crew members and encouraged them as they learned the POS system and successfully took orders, and gave them out. Back in 1954, a man named Ray Kroc discovered a small burger restaurant in California, and wrote the first page of our history.   As a childcare provider, I worked alongside the lead teacher to produce lesson plans for various ages, socio-emotional needs, and trauma-informed care needs. We consulted different resources and training to offer the best care for these children during the hours when the mother residents in the program went to work at the Bargain Center and attended classes. We planned field trips to local places and outdoor parks to offer the children variety and adventure. I increased our Net Promoter Score by receiving high rankings on the survey sent out periodically to our members in the day-to-day interactions and transactions I help them with. I am able to uncover our members' needs through asking pointed questions in the conversations I have with them.Founded in 1939, WESTconsin Credit Union is one of the region's strongest financial services provider. Our history takes us back to primarily serving the Menomonie area agricultural community, then operating as Menomonie Farmers Credit Union. We expanded in membership base over the next several years and merged with other small credit unions in the region.
