Moreover the retail framework required extensive knowledge; therefore this has afforded me an opportunity to improve my managerial skills. I also gained experience in the construction industry as we had done renovations and upgrades to stores.

  My employment at Auto Evolve Concepts, this post has given me a different perspective on being a successful manager; this is where I gained knowledge on project management. We were involved in the upgrading of stores and building of mobile offices In vehicles. It has thought me how to deal with a more demanding and challenging environment. I dealt with deadlines on a daily basis and that thought me how to deal with stress productively and made me thrive under pressure. I specifically enjoy the challenge that the job presents as each item and client has to be handled in a different manner. Communicating with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds has tremendously improved my communication skills, both oral and written. I manage my team in a manner that does not entail mere delegation and management.   Project ManagerAs a PM at MST I have successfully completed multiple CCTV and Access control projects including a project for Saps Forensic Services across 7 sites in SA. This project included building of server and control rooms, this was one of the biggest projects I have successfully completed. My daily tasks include managing of projects and maintenance contracts for various Multinational companies for there CCTV and Access Control systems. I have taken a keen interest in security and ICT industry and looking forward to more successful projects. Over the past 4 years I have learnt a great deal in the security industry, I’m also keen to further study in the ICT industry specifically in cloud solutions. Show less
