      Outline:As leading project manager for the largest lab-infrastructure project – the build of a single cylinder engine research facility - at the European Research Center I owned, defined, coordinated, monitored and reported scope, timeline & a 6M€ budget. The project consisted of 3 parts: interior construction, set-up & testing of the test environment and the design of a prototype engine. Its complexity shows in 85 stakeholders which needed to be engaged continuously. Coordination of the project team and the supervision of 56 suppliers were also part of my responsibility as well as negotiations with contractor companies, their safety on site and procurement control.
