Show less As the Architecture Services Manager my role was to manage the team of 20+ Infrastructure Architects including 4 Lead Architects. The team management includes development and performance management. My team had a strong combination of architecture process and technical skills throughout the region. These skills need to be maintained and communicated to achieve the best result for the organisation.My role extended to managing the budget for the team, allocating resources and assigning / approving expenses. I also work closely with our clients, our account Value Delivery Teams and CSC senior management to ensure that we are putting CSC forward in the best possible like every time we’re engaged.
