  As part of Medidata’s Global Customer Success Team, I was primarily responsible for driving and managing technical projects in collaboration with Data Center / Cloud, R&D and Technical Support, focused on improving the Technical Account Management team capabilities, scope and technical skills in key areas such as Medidata’s Cloud Platform functional and integration knowledge, Cloud & System administration and software debugging, by delivering process optimizations, technical trainings, documentation and new processes, resulting in bridging the gap between the Technical Account Management team and other tech teams and improving the overall TAM service.I was also responsible for several key innovation projects related to pro-active data analytics, automation and cloud integration by developing and deploying custom Bash, SQL and Python scripts on Medidata’s product infrastructure.
