  Taking care SCM activity for Thales Germany-India & Thales Canada ProjectOn selection by Jabil as SCM Executive March'18 , deputed to Jaipur plant to support procurement function for period of 6 month (Ericsson Project).  On successful completion of overseas assignment and good track record of performance Plant move Jaipur to in Pune plant was promoted as SCM Engineer-1 in Jan'20 and within span of 1 year Promoted to Sr. SCM Engineer in Nov'21 Leading and accountable for a team 4+ engineers covering purchasing, supplier quality engineering, component engineer and SME (ERP Subject matter expertise) who are deputed to multiple customer centric teams for 11 different customers. Spectrum of support covers raw material and consumables for both LVHM (Low Mix High Volume) & HVLM (High Volume Low Mix) environment, Capital goods & spares, Utility items purchase & finalization of contracts for all services in the plant Successfully implemented various business models, supply chain strategies to yield better material margin Working in coordination with the Business Development Team and PM Team for New BID, Bid win Re-quote, Quarterly Re-pricing to define Standard Cost and Cost to Customer Worked on New Bid from various Customers and won the project for Jabil India.
