      Jan 2022 - May 2024

As a Technical Supervisor in the Advanced Fabrication Lab I trained 32 onboarding technicians on various 3D printers and a laser engraver. I also managed the distribution of customer orders to technicians to ensure deadlines were met. Finally, I became the point of contact for SLA technologies, where I was responsible for tracking inventory, logging machine maintenance, and creating standard test prints and procedures to verify our machines' capabilities. As a Technician in the Advanced Fabrication Lab I manufactured hundreds of customers parts based on their specifications. To do so I operated and maintained a variety of FDM and SLA 3D printers and a laser engraver. I also provided Design for Manufacturing support for customers to ensure their parts could be produced properly.

During my internship with the Army Research Labs I worked with the Aerial Autonomy Team to enable the autonomous placement and retrieval of unattended ground sensors in areas of interest using a VOXL M500 drone. I designed and 3D printed 12 different modifications for the drone to make the computer vision assisted precision pickup possible. I also designed the software architecture in ROS and programmed the main offboard control node using C++ to ensure proper communication between the various sub-team's nodes. Show less
