  Consulation with Maintenance Coordinator to ensure that resources and without delay, Collaborates with Senior Maintenance Scheduler in monitoring the on-going scheduling status and forecasts across disciplines, and reports findings to the planning engineer, Liaises with Senior Maintenance Scheduler and other departments to monitor and report on the progress of identified schedule activities, Coordinates daily with area maintenance supervisor and maintenance coordinator regarding schedule deviation. follows up with area execution and operation to resolve the issues, Attends daily and weekly scheduling meetings and provides relevant status reports and schedules, Maintains/discusses information on backlog jobs pending and liaises with Maintenance Coordinator / operations / concerned departments to expedite the work and issues Non compliance reports on monthly basis, Experience in planning and scheduling preferably in a refinery / gas processing plant environment, Knowledge and experience in schedule systems including baseline and rebase lining, Knowledge of maintenance and shut-down planning processes, planning tools, project management and control techniques, Excellent computer skills including MS office, MAXIMO, Scheduling software such as Primavera Project Planner (P6) and MS Project Planner, Effective design and implementation of work schedules, Participate and conduct weekly Planning meeting with Operation and Field Maintenance, Schedule Work Orders based on weekly and daily maintenance meeting, Confirm and coordinate maintenance activities resource, Prepare and coordinate gate 3 Shutdown readiness e.g, Monitor Maintenance KPI (Key Performance Indicator) like PM Compliance, Backlog, Planning Efficiency, Scheduled Manpower, Schedule Breaker,Rework, WO closing by end user,Schedule Compliance, Emergency Priority one, Maintenance Overtime Utilization, to achieve the target Show less
