  Working with a wide range of stakeholders, NCS Graduates, charities, professional companies, and government organisations, to lead youth led projects for over 3000 NCS Graduates in South West London. Responsible for:- Designing, developing and implementing engaging curriculum that was delivered to over 3000 NCS participants.- Planning and delivering youth led social action projects and events.- Managing volunteer placements for over 300 young people.- Setting up and delivering flagship graduate events and projects such as Ignite and NCS Action Day.   NCS Senior Mentor

  Supporting a team of 11 15 – 17 year olds though a three-week residential programme to increase social mixing and community participation in the local area. Responsible for:- Managing the pastoral care of the participants throughout the programme, dealing with challenging behaviour and offering support.- Building rapport amongst and encouraging bonding between the young people, by leading them through activities and facilitating evening sessions and review based learning.

  Working in the programmes team to set up, organise and deliver a high quality, safe and inclusive locally grounded NCS programme to over 3,000 young people across South West London. Responsible for:- Managing administration: cash handling, attendance recording, risk management, data management and protection via Salesforce software - Line managing a delivery staff team of 10 people, enabling professional development through 121s and feedback. - Tailoring and delivering curriculum to over 300 young people to inspire local projects delivered in the local community.   HeadStart Assistant Programme Manager

  Supporting the setup and delivery of the HeadStart volunteering programme for 16-18 year olds, developing and running bespoke programmes and projects to build employability skills for young people. Responsible for:- Forming and building partnerships with external stakeholders to ensure programmes are effectively set up and run efficiently to adhere to targets.- Setting up and managing community projects; working with community organisations to provide opportunities for young people to make a difference in society.- Building and managing national relationships with corporate partners to run high quality projects and programmes.- Incubating new initiatives and trialing new projects within HeadStart to further our mission, such as the Young Refugee Project.
