  1. Led a team of 60 personnel and contractors, overseeing chemical and RLNG terminal operations, which included product import, storage, and handling facilities for 8 different chemical products including LNG, based on Engro, Vopak & and ISO safety standards. Terminals are responsible for 40% and 15% of Pakistan's chemical and gas throughput, respectively. 2. Achieved exceptional safety record, ensuring zero LTI and more than 12,500 safe man-days since inception.3. Coordinated FSRU operations, ensuring the regasification plant was available over 97% each year, establishing it as the most utilized FSRU globally, with downtime under 8 days.4. Developed annual delivery LNG schedules of 4.5 MMTPA and gas management plan of ~226 TCF for IPPs and state-owned companies. 5. Strengthen high-level customer and regulatory bodies relations and secured long-term interests with customers that resulted in a consecutive NPS score of 100% for the last 2 years. 6. Executed the centralization and digitalization of terminal operational activities and developed dashboards for tracking Operations KPIs. Since implementation, a 75% reduction in paper usage, a 36% reduction in time taken for the end-to-end process, and a 15% reduction in internal audit deficiencies were observed. 7. Spearheaded annual budgets, including analyses and forecasting based on past expense data & and expenditure, and managed budget activities that resulted in savings of 11% and 4 % in 2021 & and 2022, respectively. Devised and implemented a comprehensive COVID management plan at the terminal, including island mode and rotating shifts for 270 days.
