      Experience from this role:- Working with sales representatives to create new loaner applier agreements as necessary.- Driving the timely completion of loaner applier agreements with sales reps, managers, and VP's.- Maintaining databases for loaner agreements and publish status of agreements monthly.- Delivering trainings on applier placement process as needed.- Work with Legal and Compliance for contract changes and customer requests.- Actively support selling Bougie.- Ensure Sales Reps are compliant for applier loaners, both in timing and spend commitments.- Work with Customer Service in ensuring shipments and needs of customers and sales representatives are met.- Send out 90- and 60-day letters to sales rep and customer for agreement renewals.- Understand, analyze and prioritize customer needs through email and phone interactions.- Support Light Source repairs through communication with vendors, customers, and Marketing.- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements and special projects.- Assist in Sales quarterly and midyear meeting business reviews slide creation and quality checks.- Develop quality reports for internal and external teams as needed.- Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules and procedures.
