      My main job responsibilities include • Promoting HP products through telesales and to walk-in customers, providing consultation to customers and attending to their needs in IT products.• Preparing and processing PO, DO and issuance of invoices.• To coordinate with the company’s planners and end users to ensure all hardwares are timely and properly installed at warehouse for field deployment• Making sure that all areas are checked against the checklistMy other job responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing of desktops/laptops, regardless of hardware or software, configuring to customer’s requirements and cloning of desktops/laptops. In addition, I am required to backup, archive and maintain the main server for our cloning process.Being a Supervisor requires me to provide ongoing training of new personnel, to supervise more than 10 warehouse staff and engineers, to oversee the ongoing improvement of processes and workflow to achieve efficiency, effective and smooth execution at the warehouse and for loading of images on all backend hardware. There are also times when I will need to be on standby at the branches, so as to provide assistance to my group of engineers.In face of numerous challenges and heavy responsibilities, I have to be independent yet maintain high level of efficiency and possess good initiative, especially when faced with unforeseen circumstances.
