Starting out as "Design/Fabrication Runner" provided constant, invaluable opportunities to learn from the multitude of departments and skilled individuals Echo House employs. After picking up skills in finishing, model making, 2D design, metal fabrication, wood fabrication and Microsoft Excel, 3 months into employment and offer was made to learn under one of their premier Production Managers as a junior.From this point, learning the ropes of production and project management, utilising the CNC router, CNC waterjet, CAD design in Adobe Illustrator and fabrication have been the roles primary responsibilities.
