  I manage global inventory across five (5) countries. I manage / provide direction for the U.S. shipping department, ensuring that all shipments get out and meet our customer's on time delivery expectations. I manage all global logistics from the acquisition of forwarders at affordable rates to determining the best course of action for getting material wherever it needs to be in the best possible method. Oversee monthly cycle counts in all departments. With a transition from NAV administration to logistics / inventory, I can create and build any NAV or SSRS report needed to track and manage changes in inventory. With many years of IT experience, I will continue to look to automate any department, especially logistics and inventory!I'm always motivated to be part of the next creative solution. I specialize developing / modifying pages and reports, setting up EDI. To cut down on the need for NAV user licenses, we develop SSRS reports. Though my amount of CAL experience is lower than others, I have a vast knowledge of department workflows in numerous departments. Another role of mine as a systems administrator, I provide overall computer support and training for all employees on various computer systems. I maintain, upgrade, and replace all network servers, network switches, and desktop computers. I also provide web design support.
