  Currently I am employed as a process scientist, known as a diagnostic technologist within Abbot’s Diagnostics Division. I work in an ISO Class 5 & 8 clean room laboratory following 21 CFR regulations where I verify for a team manufacturing immunoassays. This involves, ensuring all manufacturing formulas, operating procedures and cGMP are followed & performed correctly. I have a supplementary role of monitoring quality metrics for my department which are used to create translatable data into area performance. I am a trained quality control environmental monitor where I carry out these duties as needed. I work on Lean projects and obtained a Yellow Belt certification with Abbott, complete Kaizen ideas and am a member of our safety committee. Show less
