With a focus on connections, we have found ways to meet members and get to know them, while also introducing them to the ways we give back to the community. Being creative is key to reaching new markets and women who can assist in our efforts for a better Louisville community!In hand with recruiting comes retention. Through surveys of the League we aer able to see what areas need attention and consult with our committee on suggested ways to improve morale within the League.
