  I completed key development responsibilities including all stages of project management, planning, financial modeling, establishing and managing budgets, pro forma development, and was the liaison for the city, engineers, architects, and community stakeholders. I served as the Vice President for the North Augusta Riverfront Company, Hammond's Ferry Neighborhood Association, Hammond's Ferry Foundation, and the Hammond's Ferry Business District Association. I chaired the Hammond's Ferry Design Review Committee and Hammond's Ferry Builders Guild and coordinated efforts between each group, the City of North Augusta, and the residents of Hammond's Ferry. Show less I assisted with key responsibilities relating to the commercial development of Hammond's Ferry Riverfront Center and had the sole responsibility of designing and maintaining all financial models for three LeylandAlliance LLC projects. I was responsible for establishing relationships with local, regional, and national business owners, as well as members of civic, community, and professional organizations, to establish a tenant mix appropriate for the City of North Augusta and the surrounding area. Work included in depth research and reports of current market data resulting in the creation of a competitive leasing plan appropriate for the tenants and the market.   I directed pre-development operations of a three-block infill project in the Orlando area consisting of 40,000 square feet of commercial space and 238 residential rental units in the heart of a walkable downtown. I developed and maintained the operating pro-forma, schedules and budgets for the project. I was the liaison with City officials and staff and was directly involved with lender and equity partner discussions.
