      Viasource Communications was a startup telecom services provider with $250M in peak annual revenues and 3.5K employees.As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, I supported the company through initial launch of operations, a period of rapid growth and expansion, chapter 11 bankruptcy, and the subsequent acquisition by 180 Connect. I was requested by 180 Connect to lead FP&A during the post-merger integration process.Key Accomplishments:VIASOURCE IPO► Created roadshow presentation, forecasts, segment analysis, and S-1 filing, $40M IPO ($300M firm valuation).► Led creation of new budgeting system, helped define requirements of Oracle ERP, developed chart of accounts, entity structure, and set combination validation rules.BANKRUPTCY► Served as right-hand man to Chief Restructuring Officer, improving daily cash management to reach net positive cash flow, reducing overhead costs 40%, and coordinating all due diligence inquiries during sale process.► Retained as just 1 of 4 employees at headquarters during bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring.► Implemented weekly scorecard to create culture of accountability, boosting operating profit $10M.
