Bouygues Telecom also provides 1.8 million houses with high speed internet access.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :• Define the framework for the company's strategic issues and ensure alignment of the action plans of the business units• Accelerate complex and cross-functional projects by defining clear targets, proper coordination and ensuring value-added oriented decisions• Contribute to the organisational program to improve cross-functional operating methodsMAIN ACHIEVEMENTS :• Reorganisation of the main business unit (4000 people, 11 departments) including five steps in 18 months.
