  Attended and set up exhibits for our products at industry shows (ASM, and different conferences), and met directly with customers to help develop products for their needs. Served as technical specialist for our customers, and would travel to their facilities to help them determine proper testing for their facilities, then follow through with them during the development of their testing kits. Trained their staff on how to use certain test kits. With combined efforts, developed the QA/QC procedures and documentation to sell our products. In addition to running a clean room for the production of pre-poured petri plates, I ran a BSL-II lab specializing in microbiology and sterile technique. We developed specialized culture media and rapid diagnostic kits for a variety of industries including the EPA (water filtration kits for E. coli/coliforms), Group B Strep Elisa kits for rapid detection in pregnant women, a variety of vacuum packed petri plates to be used and stored under certain weather conditions, certain plates for quicker growth of tuberculosis and rapid detection Elisa kits, and specialized E. coli, salmonella, and listeria plates for a variety of food industries for rapid detection.
