  R&D Technical Project Manager.

  Utilizzando un approccio Agile mi occupo di organizzare, in collaborazione con il Product Manager e i Team Leader, le attività di sviluppo e determinare una Roadmap di sviluppo sulla base dei piani che ricevo dai Manager di Operation che disegnano un Gantt di delivery di progetto con i Clienti. Il mio lavoro è a tratti assimilabile al lavoro di Program Management. Coordino a livello Global le attività di sviluppo richieste da 3 Branches aziendali: Europa, US e Emirati Arabi e i rispettivi team di sviluppo. La metodologia di base sulla quale si articolano le attività di sviluppo è lo Scrum, customizzato sulla base delle direttive richieste a livello direzionale. Gli Sprint hanno durata bi-settimanale. Utilizzo avanzato di Jira, filtri con linguaggio JQL, gestione e configurazione del tool su base Kanban e Scrum. Utilizzo suite Atlassian: Jira e Confluence per tracciamento attività di progetto. Utilizzo marginale e di tracciamento personale per lavoro di Microsoft Project. Show less
