  I was responsible for the technical management of the language training department. In this role, I used to plan the curriculum for each training level in the academy to best suit the potentials and skills of trainees, plan the Schemes Of Work needed for teaching the chosen curriculum and supervise the trainers performance to make sure they follow the planned schemes. I also planned training courses for the working instructors to improve their teaching performance. During those four years of working in Hi-Q Academy language school I was responsible for teaching different levels of post- secondary students (elementary to upper intermediate) who were studying in different Egyptian faculties such as faculties of commerce, law, arts and medicine. I have also helped many of them to prepare for their IELTS and TOEFL exams and they managed to achieve high scores (bands 7 and 6.5 for IELTS

  During the course of my work I was first responsible for preparing the foundation students for sitting the Preliminary English Test (PET) which is a requirement to join the Associate Diploma course. After that I joined the Health Course teaching team to prepare the students of The Ministry of Health to sit the Aptis examination which qualifies them to join the work force of the MOH. After finishing teaching the health course students, I applied for teaching VET- Vocational Education courses in the college. As a vocational trainer I was responsible for teaching the Basics of Business to the Associate Diploma students for a period of four years. Show less

  I was responsible for preparing the foundation students in both AlQtif and Alahsa colleges for sitting the Preliminary English Test (PET) which is a requirement to complete their course of study in the college and join the Associate Diploma stage. As a Cambridge certified Ket and Pet speaking examiner, I had the honour of conducting many speaking exams in both colleges as an assessor and interlocutor.
