  I was a member of the national leadership team AIESEC in India, responsible for managing the 15 local offices of AIESEC in the country. My achievements in this role were –  Implemented a three-year national strategic plan, in coordination with the 15 local offices.  Designed and delivered an International Development Congress in Nigeria, with over 200 participants from 10 countries. The conference was a huge success, in terms of its impact on the organization and the participants. It has now been institutionalized and is a on the annual calendar of events. Led the Corporate Social Responsibility program of AIESEC in India to a growth of 50%. Established partnerships with our country offices in Africa and Europe, leading to a growth of over 50% in business transactions. Show less I led the local office of AIESEC in Jaipur, a 60-member organization. I was the end responsible for the direction and performance of the local office. My achievements in this role were –  Created a three-year rolling plan that has enabled the local chapter to record a 30% annual growth, ever since.  AIESEC in Jaipur was the second highest performing local office of the global network, amongst over 800 offices, and was the highest performer in India.  Managed Advisory Board for the local chapter, the board consisted of 6 Managing Directors of Top business houses, was able to generate revenues worth 1 million INR from these partnerships over a period of one year.   The Jaipur Virasat Foundation has pioneered a holistic, culture-based and cross-sector approach to livelihood generation through its various activities, events, advocacy forums and networks. JVF is credited with the immensely popular ‘Jaipur Heritage International Festival’ running successfully since many years. My achievements in this role were –  Created commercial strategies and plans for various ethnic performing bands, and executed sales and marketing campaigns resulting in revenues of 2 million INR. Delivered a competence building training project for heads of 12 communities covering people skills, professional skills, business skills, management skills and leadership skills. Managed stakeholders, including the local government, media, funding agencies and corporate partners, garnering greater sponsorship and support for the foundation’s activities.
