  Working on client sites I was responsible for the elicitation and documentation of business requirements. Part of the role also involved being responsible for the creation of Statements of Work (delivery contracts) - which included the financials, timelines, deliverable definitions and everything else required to deliver a project.

  Working as key part of the Digital Delivery Stream at Trustpower, the team is responsible for all Customer Online Channels (App, Website, Chatbot, Email Campaigns). As Senior Business Analyst I worked closely with the Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Design Agency and other workstreams, to elicit, define and document the user stories for the product backlog. This was performed through running story mapping sessions, facilitated workshops, weekly prioritisation sessions and utilisation of other requirements gathering techniques.Outputs included fully documented epics and user stories, with complete acceptance criteria; process maps; sequence diagrams; system and business context diagrams; and data flow diagrams.During two weekly scrums I also provide support to the rest of the Agile Delivery Team through facilitation of design sessions; clarifications of requirements and priorities; assistance with test data creation; along with trouble-shooting and triage.
