      -Working on Stantec task to upskill Public Works Authority (PWA) Ashghal engineers on the use of performance-based contracts for road operations and maintenance activities.- Conducting comprehensive training sessions for engineers on utilizing pavement performance condition data, enhancing their ability to monitor, and maintain effectively assets performance using asset condition data.- Upskilling PWA engineers to utilize non-destructive testing methods including Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), and Laser Crack Measurement System (LCMS) Data for roads assessment and to plan future rehabilitation strategies and budgeting for capital improvement plans.- Training PWA engineers how to use Enterprise Asset Management System Maximo under the new Performance Base Contract Show less Amr has more than 20 years in asset/pavement management and engineering research. His area of expertise includes pavement evaluation and management, engineering research, quality control and assurance for various data collection activities within the infrastructure Management group at Stantec. In addition, Amr expertise includes Pavement and Bridge Management System Implementation, Budget Optimization/Capital programming, database management and development of software tools to support pavement engineering projects. Amr has a Ph.D. from University of Waterloo, Canada and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfound, Canada. During his career with Stantec, Amr has participated in several large-scale projects in USA and Canada such as NJ seasonal study, NY Thruway FWD testing and evaluation study, FHWA-LTPP and state level automated data collection; DOTs PMS Implementation and was a key member and integral part of several other projects where he was responsible for providing engineering data analysis and database management for FWD, GPR, automated pavement distress data collection, video data logging, field data conversion, geotechnical investigation and QA/QC, as well as participated in the performance/ deterioration model developed of several PMS systems for state DOT/Canadian clients. He also participated in several research studies and used advanced statistical modeling and sound Artificial Intelligence (AI) optimization techniques to analyze data and develop pavement models and evaluation studies for various clients in North America such as FHWA-Eastern Federal Land, City of Ottawa, Regional Municipality of Wood buffalo and New Orleans climate change study to evaluate the impact of Hurricane Katrina flood on roads performance.
