  she codes foundation, a harvard alumni initiative, is a not for profit organization, committed to "bridge the gender gap in technology" in india by imparting flexible program in computer science to young girls during their schooling years.our goal is to empower them with technical inputs like computing, coding and artificial intelligence to machine learning to reduce gender divide in computing and technology sectors, move towards digital literacy among females and combat the wide gender gap in technical jobs in india. we aim to create a female support group called ”my local sheros” who would inspire as role models and encourage more girls to join technical streams and jobs later. we have curated and created content that instills confidence through mentorship, support and technical inputs needed to cope with the digital transformation. it will help them to acquire the skills and knowledge they will need for 21 century jobs. show less
