  Jubail united petrochemical company (SABIC) Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot mechanical systems.Worked as acting lead technician to ensure maintenance execution and manage the workload.Support the maintenance team in technical challenges encountered in daily plans execution, shutdown/TA preparation Responsible to review draft schedule and communicates to scheduler of any adjustments needed, submit resource capacities for each week, update user status & time confirmation in SAP, and attend maintenance exceptions meetings as scheduled. Support turnaround department as following: 1. Lead the execution of activity along with operation, SME, reliability, and outside contractors. 2. Review and approve turnaround packages which include and not limited to scope of work, material requirements,manpowers utilization and ensure resources and spares for effective execution. 3. Review and verify the special tools and spare part. Execution leaders for several turnaround as following: 1. Leader for major overhauling of Centrifugal compressor (ELLIOT) in EG TA 2022 2. Leader for major overhauling of compressor gear box (LUFKIN) in LAO plant TA 2023 3. Leader for major overhauling of screw compressor (mycom) in EG TA 2023I have being the highest appraisal for three consecutive years (OUTSTANDING).Initiatively lunching development program to enhance mechanical team knowledge to ensure smooth transferring the experience between experts to new technician.
