  Master's Thesis

  "Waste in Lean Construction - A case study of a PEAB construction site and the development of a Lean Construction Tool." Using lean thinking and lean tools, and adapting them to the construction industry, a lean construction tool was developed. The intention of the tool was to have a structured and standardized way in how to identify and measure waste but also how to prioritize which waste to eliminate first.

  Responsible for 100 employees. Entered an inefficient organization with delivery and quality issues and changed the trend by identifying and communicating new well-targeted key figures. Consistent follow-up on goals in the management team and including employees in the development of their processes, work environment and results increased the productivity, quality and job satisfaction. Gained experience as how to lead and motivate within a production site that was about to being shut down but due to the turn around that I created together with my management team the site were never outsourced.
