Monitor the field progress on daily basis, analyze CPM chart and report contractor’s performance to the Project Manager regularly. Review and approve the As-built drawings.• Verify quantity and prepare monthly partial and final payment estimates for the contractor. Negotiate and process Change Order and do the contract closeout. Plan, schedule, implement for General Orders, Work Trains, Flagging services for construction work to coordinate with the contractor. Coordinate work activities with contractor to assure compliance with time schedules. Involved in asbestos coordination, survey and removals in various projects.8/87 - 4/88 Construction Engineer, Howard Needle Tammen & Bergendooff, Milltown, N. J. Involved in field and in-house testing and monitoring for construction of N.J.
